Whole & 1/2 hog Ordering
We are currently taking reservations for January 2nd 2018 harvest. A $150 deposit will reserve your pasture raised pork. Limited quantities, don't miss out on the BEST tasting pork you'll ever have.
Here's how it works:
$150 Deposit Due at time of order.
Total cost is $4.00 per pound Pasture Raised Pig and $5.50 per pound for Mangalitsa or American Mulefoot, based on hanging weight, plus processing costs, this is approximately $150-200 for whole hog, depending upon what specialty extras you have done, with hams, brats, etc. Typical whole hog hanging weight will be 180-220 lbs, yielding 120-160 lbs. of take home meat depending on the size of the hog.
A typical WHOLE HOG order will include:
(50) Pork Chops-(1/2” thick)
(2) 15-18 lb Hams
(4) 4 lb Shoulder Roast
(12) Shoulder Steaks (1/2” thick)
(2) 2 lb Racks Spare Ribs
(4) Hocks (can be smoked/trimmed)
16 lb Belly (can be bacon or side pork)
16 lb ground pork/sausage.
